You must be able to form a binding contract to use our site or book services. Participants who are minors must have a parent or legal guardian complete all required waivers, consents, and payments.

Participation in recreational and tactical sports involves inherent risks. By booking or participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with these activities and agree to follow all posted and verbal safety rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Pyrrhic, its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of injury, loss, or damage related to your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You agree to comply with all safety briefings, required protective equipment, age limitations, and staff instructions. We may remove any person for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior without refund.
1.6 Booking + FareHarbor
Online bookings are processed through our third-party provider FareHarbor. When you make a reservation, you will be redirected to FareHarbor to complete payment and scheduling. FareHarbor is responsible for processing your booking information and payment details under its own terms and privacy practices. Your contract for payment processing is with FareHarbor. We are not responsible for errors, outages, or security events occurring on FareHarbor systems.
1.7 Pricing + Taxes
Prices, fees, taxes, and available time slots are subject to change at any time. Prices shown at checkout control for that transaction.
1.8 Cancellations, No-Shows, Refunds
Unless otherwise stated on the booking page or your confirmation email

Reschedules require advance notice within the time window shown during checkout.

No-shows and late arrivals may forfeit the session without refund.

Private events and group bookings may have custom terms.

1.9 Gift Cards + Promotions
Promotional offers may include additional terms such as expiration dates, day-of-week restrictions, or blackout periods. Unless required by law, promotions are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined.
